Privacy Policy for NetPlanDUO

NetPlanDUO is a coordination tool designed for parents. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Information Collection

We collect your email address for account authentication and synchronization between devices using Google Firebase. We also collect the schedule information (plans) you enter to sync with your partner.

2. Data Usage

User data is used strictly to sync schedules between linked parental accounts. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Auth, Firestore) which may collect device identifiers and data for app functionality.

4. Children's Privacy

This app is designed for parents. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

5. Data Deletion and Retention

We provide two ways to manage and delete your data:

• Individual Data Deletion: You can delete any plan or schedule entry you have created directly within the app without deleting your account. Once deleted, this data is removed from our real-time database.
• Account Deletion: You can delete your entire account and all associated data (Name, Email, and all Plans) by navigating to the 'Hesap' section in the app and clicking 'Hesabı Sil'.

Alternatively, you can request full data deletion by contacting us at: info@netplanduo.com.tr. Your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of the request.
